Equiptment

Each cabin is supplied with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. Items not supplied includes bed linens, wash cloth & towels, pillows and blankets. We ask that you bring these items.

Each cabin has stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.. Cold A/C is a must for the hot summer days. Heat is a must for those snuggeling nights in the winter.

Rules & Regulations

NEW TERMS Starting May 1, 2004 Two night minimum for all rentals.

1  Treat cabins with respect 2  Turn off lights, stove, and A/C after use. 3  NO SMOKING inside cabins no       exceptions 4  No running inside cabins 5  Loud music or noises will not be tolerated. You will ba asked to leave and you will loose you deposit. 6  Leave cabins as clean as they are found and take all leftover food and trash out to our blue trash bin. 7  Please do not litter the resort or the lake. 8  Childern are your responsibility in the cabins and on the grounds. 9  Do not venture on to our neighbors ground. You could be arrested for trespassing. 10  Swim at you own risk, NO LIFE GAURDS

These cabins are available for rent by the night, weekends, weekly or monthly. There is a 3 night minimum for holidays. There is also a security deposit required to make reservations, which is also used as a damage deposit. VISA or M/C Monthly rentals have different terms.

Outside

Outside each cabin there is a picnic table, Grill for outside cooking. There is a boat ramp for our renters use. Plenty of room for the kids to swim. No Life Guard

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone which doesn't abide by the rules and requirements. Management assumes no responcibility for accidents, injury, or loss of money or valuables of any kind. By renting our cabins you accept all Terms, Rules & Regulations listed here in. If damages occure, and you are responsible, your deposit will be forefited and the remainder will be charged to your Visa or M/C which is on file.
